Ivy Data: Map Search


To do a demo video, guys, for you today and walk you through our map search. When you log in to Ivy, the first place that it always takes you is the map search. Our map searches here for circle prospecting and farming, very specific areas that you want to get a hold of homeowners. And so what you’re actually able to do with our map is zoom in anywhere in the United States and you can use all of our filters over here on the left to create a very specific list of property addresses that you’re looking to prospect to. You can also use our polygon search and radius search here at the bottom. And we also give you the ability to type any property address in the United States into the address bar. And we’re going to pin that property address on the map for you.

Now that it’s open, that property just on the map, we get a couple different options. The first is we can run this specific property address for contact information. The other options that we have, a radius searches. You also have the ability to zoom out a little bit and use our polygon search to draw Polygon around this very specific area that you’re wanting to call in. And when I close this polygon out, you’re going to notice the bottom left has this count it updates. And what that count is telling us is how many properties meet the criteria that we’ve used in our left toolbar within this polygon? Well, we haven’t put any criteria and yet. So it’s a pretty high count. When I go to single family residences and townhomes, it drops down to five hundred ninety. If I want to exclude anything owned by a corporation or an LLC, it drops slightly. Let’s say that I wanted to only deal with absentee homeowners. So properties where the tax mailing address is different from the property address. Well, now it’s gone down to 80 and you can use any of these filters down here as well. You can do a sale date range. How many bathrooms there are? How many bedrooms? The year below you can do absentee owned properties you can do. Recently identified as vacant properties, you can do properties with a pool.

So now that we have our count here, we run it. We want to run this count for contact information. So I’m going to click on batch order. And now the label might order the property address. And at the top, right, you’re going to notice is estimated maximum price, this estimated maximum price is telling you that if we found contact information for one hundred percent of your requested property addresses multiplied times, your cost per record for the batch order, it would be this price right here. But we only bill on successful matching. So if we only found contact information for 90 percent of these property addresses, you’re only going to pay for 90 percent of that maximum price. Someone to click on confirm. And now we’re going to run this order for the property information and the contact information that we’re requesting with Polygon. And with submitting roughly seventy six property addresses. This should take our system less than 90 seconds to finish and deliver a file. And we’re going to deliver that file to you in two different formats.

The first is that we’re gonna be making it available for you to download in this section, but it’s done. And we’re also going to be emailing that file to the e-mail account that you have on record with us. So our file is finishing right now. Again, it took under 60 seconds. And here’s that file. You can see we had a ninety two percent success rate. We found contact information for 70 of the 76 property addresses. And there’s our new final price. And now we’re gonna download this file and take a look at what we got.

And so the first thing that you’ll notice in this file is that we always identify the ownership and the property of every record. But if we didn’t find contact information, there’s no charge. So you get first name, last name of the very owner on record. In these columns we have the property address for every property that was within that polygon. This is a tax mailing address. So if you’re going to do a mail campaign, we give you the tax mailing address for every property. We identify every property is either being an absentee owner or vacant property. In this specific example, we check the box for absentee owners so they should all read is true. The vacancies are mainly false. So the future is in there that we’ve identified as being vacant at this time. We’ll give you the property type in the sale date. We’ll give you the first name, last name one more time. And we do this in two formats. We do it in separated columns. So you can see that right here. First name and last name. Then we also give it to you in one full column. And the reason that we do it in two different formats for you is you might take this file to a text campaign or a call campaign or a CRM or a different type of database. And they might require that it’s in first name, last name format like this. And then another might require that it’s in one format. Our goal here is that you interact with this data as little as possible in Excel. So we give it to you in a format that you can bring in just about anywhere.

And now we give you the phone numbers, the phone types, phone to phone type, phone three, phone type. Now, you could see the majority of these do have phone numbers. And the ones that don’t keep in mind, you weren’t charged for these. So we give you the property address, the ownership information, the tax mailing address for free. But we only charge if there’s contact information. You can see some of these might have three to seven phone numbers, and then over here, further to the right. We have email addresses. So big difference between this sort of system and sending mail. Is that traditionally when we send mail in the real estate industry, we’re going to spend forty five to seventy five cents per record with Ivy. You’re going to spend between 15 and 25 cents per record and you own this information forever as opposed to sending a mailer. And we hope somebody gives us a call back. We have the ability to call these people, text these people, send email campaigns and do it more than one time. So you get multiple swings at the bat. So this is what the file is going to look like when you’re done with the map search.
